Base Platform Version

The Base Platform Version includes an integrated steel base frame and complete flooring system. It supports direct lifting and on-site installation, making it suitable for fast deployment and elevated installation scenarios.

Ground Installation Version

The Ground Installation Version does not include a base platform. A concrete foundation or base must be prepared in advance, or the unit can be placed on an existing platform, making it ideal for sites with pre-built structural support.

Frame material | The primary structure of the Second Space is built with aerospace-grade high-strength aluminum framing, combined with aluminum panels and aluminum composite boards. Aluminum weighs approximately one-third of steel while offering excellent structural strength and weather resistance, and is fully recyclable, supporting sustainable and environmentally responsible construction.
The high-precision aluminum structural frame, paired with aluminum alloy composite panels, is manufactured with millimeter-level accuracy. This system delivers superior thermal insulation, sound insulation, waterproofing, wind resistance, fire resistance, and seismic performance (up to level 8), ensuring long-term stability, safety, and durability.
